Because the stacktrace we got is unusable. Since you experienced the problem, you are -- right now -- the only one that would be able to reproduce it (we certainly cannot, since the steps-to-reproduce are fuzzy, and the stacktrace is unusable). If we cannot reproduce (meaning you cannot reproduce)
