Empathy still asks for Subscription Request information after I've

Every time I log into Empathy, a window pops up that says "Subscription
Request" I click on it, and user "ucnthideforever" asks for a
subscription to my Yahoo account. I say no every time. The program is
still asking me for verification of this co

ubuntu applications menu this thing pops up and says an error occured.
When I try to type 'dpkg --configure -a' or 'sudo dpkg --config

When I try to type 'dpkg --configure -a' or 'sudo dpkg --config
I just tried changing the mount of the ntfs partition to gid=1000. For
me, using 9.04, this did not change the behaviour of trash at all. That
is, I can only delete from the ntfs partition.
This behaviour is one of the reasons I don't promote ubuntu to others.
