Same error here as original bug report, Ubuntu 11.04 beta2 + all the
updates, package is alacarte 0.13.2-1ubuntu2.

This happens intermittently on my Acer with Atheros with Feisty. The
wireless will be working after waking from suspend, but no activity
shown. The received and sent counts are frozen. If a second Network
Monitor is added to the panel at this time, it shows activity properly
and counts packets.
