[Bug 258724] [NEW] no sound/audio when playing media files

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: totem until recently i was able to use totem movie player to play mp3 music files. i have no idea what happened but there is no long any sound in the inbuilt speakers or when i use headphones. i'm running 7.10 - gutsy on my 4g asus eee pc i've run update
