Thank you for the follow-up. Yes, it is still an issue for me. I do not know
if there is a new release that fixed this issue. I am using Ubuntu Intrepid
and I do not see any change.

pressing "New Game" button, Tetravex shows the high scrore window again
and again. The only way to stop that is pressing the "Exit" button.
