@Sebastien, yes I probably would, but maybe I commented from work, where
I dont use ubuntu 9.10 and now I got home.
I created a new file called Zend, chmod +x and added this:
#!/bin/sh
export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true
/home/alex/Zend/ZendStudio-7.0.2/ZendStudio
Now it works great.

will "export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true" solve the problems ?
