Ditto here also...been experiencing the bug for as long as I have been
using karmic hope it get fixed in lucid.

try deleting your "folders.db" file from "./evolution/mail/local"
and then try and empty your trash(evolution).

anywayI deleted my folders.db(after making a backup of course!) and
wham! everything's working fine now.

I entered the right password and f-spot is still crashing. am using f-sopt
0.4.3.1 version.
