Forgot to mention, that same PDF documents that print this error with
evince, print fine with okular.

I'm having a similiar bug with a Brother HL 5270DN, regardless whether
configured as USB or network printer. Printing PDFs with GTK
applications, or printing from firefox, both sometimes result in one
page being printed with the following content:

In Ubuntu 11.04 Natty on my ThinkPad T420, the power button is ignored
even though gnome-power-manager is configured to ask what to do when the
