I'm adding a task for gdm to this bug. The reason is that if simpledrm
is used, we've found race conditions that occur where the transition
from simpledrm to the proper KMS driver may race with gdm starting up
the login screen.
When gdm loses the race you end up with a black screen. So please ma

I had libgegl-0.4-0 from Otto's PPA that was claiming to be newer than
the version in Disco. I used Synaptic to force downgrade to the Disco
version, now everything works fine. It could be this or you have an old
version of libgegl in /usr/local/bin from another install.

Last week I was formatting a thumb drive to NTFS. I forgot to select it
and my system NVME was selected. I noticed it after I created the NTFS
partition

I have this now on Disco in Wayland and with update to mutter 3.32
(incl. proposed, except gnome-settings-daemon at 3.31.91-1ubuntu1), but
apparently I had to add scale-monitor-framebuffer to the gsettings key

Screen Keyboard is off in Universal Access settings

I just downgraded an XPS 9370 and then upgraded it again using gnome-
