The nvidia driver 550 got an update yesterday. Installing the update
seems to have solved the problem.

No change. After boot and login, I started firefox, then opened Mines
on top of it, and clicking on Mines put it background. This time it
seems that the game got the click, but it still disappeared behind the
browser window.
