[Bug 139504] desktop switcher removes all panels

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel desktop enhancements enabled,auto hide enabled and then disabled.feisty fawn all updates. desktop switcher set to 4.click any desktop and the desktop expands to fill the screen and both panels disappear. restored by force quit. ProblemType
