I'm currently on Ubuntu 10.04 and all works fine ! no more bug with keyboard
indicator bug *maybe because the hibernation failed* with this release on my
hardware.

Binary package hint: gnome-applets
After hibernation keyboard indicator applet lost information about
mapping
before hibernation I've 3 mapping indicated by FRA, FRA2, US in applet.
At wake up time, applet display FRA, ??, ??2.
when I edit applet configuration, all it's OK
not fixed for me...
Whatever the config in "gnome-default-applications-properties" about
default browser, desktop's file with content like that :
