Drag any file from the file manager onto evolution's message list (I use
the vertical view). I don't know what the expected behaviour is, but
crashing is not a good result.
It happened to me by accident at first, then I found out that it happen
I don't think it only crashes when there is an attachment. It seems to
crash irrespective of whether there is an attachment, but usually after
I attempt to send an email, with the following output on the console:
EI: MAIL PREFSSegmentation fault

As much as I would love to help, I have no access to the current testing
release of ubuntu. I simply don't have access to the bandwidth to
download it in a reasonable time-frame (I rely on shipit for my supplies
:) ).

duplicate of some other bug. Please leave it open for someone with more
skills than me to triage.
