Scrolling is also affected by NumPad and CapsLock,
if you turn both of them on then scrolling is
faster than turning either of them on.
NUMPAD + CAPSLOCK -> FASTER THAN CAPSCLOCK
NUMPAD + CAPSLOCK -> FASTER THAN NUMPAD
