just small adjustement: i know 0.34.0~rc1-bmp0ubuntu2 builds fine, cause
i did it.
the problem was during building bmpx-0.32.0.

i builded succesfull BMPx-0.34rc1, which has libglibmm-dev as build-dep too.
certainly the bug was from BMPx.
