I don't know if is reproducible, because it happens randomly, i didn't
see a pattern to make it happens. When it happens again i'll take a
screenshot.

some folders that contains .avi files, they doesn't appear, the mouse
pointer stays reloading and no file is shown. The files are in a ext3
partition which auto mount on star

Sometimes the gnome panels disappear, and i saw that the programs are
over the panels, that's why i can't see them. They just come up again if
i turn off and then turn on again the "Normal" effects on
Preferences->Appearance->Visual Effects.
