I hate reopening 7 year old threads, but upon updating from Firefox 20
to Firefox 21 I have this issue (see the screenshot I just posted). I
can't remove the bar when using customize toolbar, so it appears not be
a toolbar. Not sure what's going on, but it's annoying. It appears right
