I don't know if it is possible, but it would be nice to have a way to
keep the channels connecter to IRC even when closing them. I'd like them
to stay connected on the channel even if the window is not open. Running
from the background, and poping
update manager, if it does not find a new kernel, then go

I dont know how to do it. I use the automatic update every time it is
