This is a very minor bug, but also trivial to fix. In Keyboard
Shortcuts, users are able to assign "Toggle screen reader" to a
shortcut. When they do this, and press the key combination to toggle
the screen reader, the program "lsr"
I can confirm that Yelp does not work with Orca. I must admit I'm
dissapointed that this bug has been given "low" priority, as the blind
will not be able to access the Ubuntu help system until this is fixed.
This problem is caused by yelp switching from gecko to webkit, and
webkit remains non-acc
