If I create or work within a box, and try to work outside the box, such
as paint something outside of it, it won't work and the paint icon and
greyed out or have a circle with a cross through it.

Earlier, I've noticed some installed apps weren't appearing in the launch. The
noticeable one was Unity Tweak Tool, so I typed it in the Terminal to see if
it'll launch, which it did but also gave an error:
