Umm! if you think about the average user, even a stmt such as "As soon
as computer is idle" isn't quite intuitive. For ex: If I'm playing
audio, but not touching keyboard/mouse, is that idle or not? A better
option might be to give an absolute range starting from 1min, but warn

The use case is this:
1. Open nautilus. Press Ctrl+L to go to location bar.
2. Enter a path (say /opt/). Press return key.
3. Contents inside /opt/ are shown.
4. Try to get focus of the /opt/ contents with down arrow key
The results in Ubuntu 7.
I forgot to mention. I've seen this issue in both Ubuntu 7.04 and 7.10
releases.

There a couple of situations where I was unable to select any file using
the keyboard arrow keys:
1. Say a folder has more than one file. Select all files except one.
Delete them. Now you cannot select the remaining file with keyboard
