After inspection:
/var/log/syslog 20GB
/var/log/syslog.1 60GB
... removing /var/log/syslog.1 same some disk space free, but
/var/log/syslog keep on growing, so I'm going to reboot.

leads to error message

it seems the parser (?) chops off everything starting from the : (maybe
because the : could be the separator between name/FQDN and port?), I
tried to escape the colon:

Wow, this is fantastic: I tested IPv6 connectivity in Jaunty Alpha 6,
and it works great.
Both tested with a FQDN and with a litteral IPv6 addres [2001:...]: it
