I have now installed Lucid Lynx Alpha 3 and have updated it through Synaptic
on March 13th. I can tell you that the bug is still pending in Lucid Lynx
and should probably be linked to it. Sorry but I don't know how to do this.
Can someone please do it for me?

Actually this problem is not application specific or computer specific
as I have been to reproduce it on an Asus F3JC and on a Medion MD42230
with cheese, skype and a webpage using flash to use my webcam. I am not
a developper and do not know which package are concerned but I would bet
on webcam dr
