Attempt to copy and paste a file to desktop, the paste option is disabled in
context menu.
Also cut and paste to desktop doesn't work.

Workaround learned from bug 912446
e.g. select files with ctrl+left mouse, make sure the right click to access
context menu hits a file name instead of empty space, then it'll be displayed.
Usability pain happened more than once when a file name is short and already
selected but right click hits
