Since upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10/gedit 3.8.3 external tools won't be run
if the "Save" option is set to "All documents". If the setting it to
"None" or "Current documents" then the tool will run again.

When viewing a large image (such as

in full screen (1 on 1), the right side of the image is not correctly
displayed, when scrolling all the way to the right.

What seems to be happening it that I'm able to scroll too far to the
right. The corrupted part of the image actually does not exist: the
original image ends where the corruption starts.
Reproducibility seems to depend on the zoom level and perhaps the part
of the image I was viewing before switchi
