I've no clue how to recreate this bug.
But it did start taking effect, from the best of my memory, when I changed the
clock style to customised in the configuration editor.
If it has to do with my configuration then here is what my current time

Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Unkown issue when the time on the panel just stops showing the correct
time.
I can still click on it though and it shows my clock and 2 others for
times in other contacts locations and the time is correct there.
