Same here. On upgrading from 15.10 to the 16.04 b2 the Gnome Software app shows a shopping bag icon and 'No Application Data Found' on the All tab. Installed tab shows nothing. Blank screen. And the Updates tab shows a check icon and 'Software is up to date'. Clicking the menu in Software shows a
