Same problem as Nizar K and sjust
Tried to remove Wine entry after manually deleting the .wine folder ,
maybe that's the problem ?

I've installed this package

and it solved the icon problems in acroread and transcribe

although transcribe still gives this warning Gtk-WARNING **:
