i cannot confirm this bug anymore, as long i changed employer and i am now
on mac osx. sorry about that.

i have shared (via google, so notification mail should reach you)
video with empathy starting. you can see notification icon only on one
screen. i have standard ubuntu 12.04 beta 3D environment.

Public bug reported:
I have notebook Lenovo T420s connected to external monitor in "no
mirror" mode. If i run empathy, i can see that green notification
"bubble" icon only on my notebook LCD and not on external display.
another icons (skype, dropbox ...) are displayed correctly on both
screens.
