This issue was fixed with one of nautilus updates between beta 1 and
final release. I don't experience it anymore. So you can close it.

After first login there's no launcher and top bar

Each time after the boot when I login first time launcher and top bar
(with my name, time, sound icon etc.) don't appear. Instead I see
desktop icons and Nautilus' menu. Shortcuts (such as Ctrl+Alt+T) don't
work. And the only thing I can do is press Ctrl+Alt+Del, press Log Out
