[Bug 1287248] [NEW] layout switch (next source) is reversed from my definition

Public bug reported: when i define the keys shortcut for switching the next source layout i choose alt+shift, after changing it, it works great. when i reboot the system the next source layout is still showing alt+shift bug it will only switch with shift+alt! the only way to fix it is to set it
