Thank you for your reply, in that case it's probably best just to close/delete
the bug report, as I said "I was doing about 5 things at once" and as such I'll
be unable to give you a precise description/steps as to what caused the issue.

Actually, I think I was moving a file "i.e. mv file.mkv /mnt/md0/Films"
and wanted to open up a new terminal (instead of backgrounding the task,
so I clicked file "open terminal" which normally works perfectly fine,
but a new terminal never
