Still present in Ubuntu 9.04 (Evolution 2.26.1-0ubuntu1).
In my case any new appointment I made on Evolution calendar are recorded as

Even after editing the event in Google Calendar, Evolution still records it as

For me it is "almost" fixed. To make this problem appear again try to
move a message from a VFolder to a Real Folder. You will see the Real
Folder unread counter to be increased, even the message you moved was
marked as read. So I suppose there is some more deep problem in
Evolution with the unread
I also can confirm the new kernel solved all the problems with my

I can confirm this bug. It seems that evolution-data-server process gets
bigger and bigger as you close and start again Evolution. Doing this
several times in the day will make evolution-data-server eat more than 2
GB of memory, which will also make the system have an error during the
hibernation,
In my case the bug is gone, but only with "standard" folders. "Virtual"
folders still show the wrong number.

I don't know whether it's related, but I noticed that the evolution-
data-server-2.24 process eats a lot of memory: usually it's betweeb
300MB and 400MB of resident memory. This is definitely too much even for
modern machines.
