Unfortunately I can't take a screenshot because gnome-screenshot doesn't
work while my mouse button is held down. However, all you would see is
the evince window with the window menu at the corner where I am
attempting to resize.

Sure. This is on my work machine and the bug is somewhat transient. I will

border to resize the window, it opens the window context menu (i.e.
minimize, maximize, etc) as if I had right-clicked. Resizing works fine
