Step to reproduce the bug:
Right click to the desktop and wait. The screen won't lock. The monitor still
display what happen in screen. When you click the mouse it will lock immediately

The problem'd gone away when I removed the gnome-screensaver. But I

This effect me scine Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 alpha to now Beta 2 with all upgrade.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to user A.
2. Choose switch user from User A.
3. Login to user B.
4. Logout from user B.
