now I cannot reproduce this bug, nautilus doesn't crash in the situation
I wrote about previously.. maybe some new updates have fixed the
problem.

yes, it's reproducible, but only with one folder: it's folder with a nombers of
photo files - about 4 thousands. I've opend it, and nautilus started to show up
the thumbnails of photos. While nautilus was creating them, I changed the view
in nautilus window from icon view to list view - a
