and marked as fixed, I am having the same issue on a up to date Ubuntu
16.04 system (as you can see in the attachment). Rebooting doesn't fix
the problem.

The issue I had was when having a Google account in Ubuntu online-
accounts and when it is selected from the left menu, the online-accounts
panel crashe
