then next time I log in it is back to 2x2 grid with 1 workspace.

I can confirm this bug (see attached screenshot). I've currently got
~90% signal strength, but the signal meter seems to suggest that I have
a fraction of this. Also, the grey bar should be orange, and visa-versa.
