Looks like this now works under Hardy beta.
You need to add "ehci_hcd" to the "SUSPEND_MODULES" line in
/etc/pm/config.d/modules so I now have one line in the file:
SUSPEND_MODULES="kvm kvm_intel ehci_hcd"

I have the weather applet installed and when I go offline the icon and
temp is replaced with a "?" which is what you would expect but when I
come back online I would expect the applet to notice and refresh. It
will refresh when it next has one
It would be nice if when I tried to enable the plugin rather than saying
just "Error failed to load plugin" it could say that this plugin
requires package python-louie and even nicer if it could have a button
to install that packge for you.
