gedit and delete the line starting with "X-Unity-IconBackgroundColor".

I installed the new 2.6.39-0 kernel and it seems that it has solved the problem
for me.
Forgot to shut down my laptop yesterday evening and this morning my session
came back as desired.

VirtualBox Natty session and didn't do anything with Nautilus. The bug
