small, but really obvious bugs like these ruin the reputation of the
rest of ubuntu. the first things people will notice when using ubuntu
should work perfectly, and it should be the top priority to have them
work perfectly.

one of the things that gnome was bragging about their 2.24 release is that they
fixed the bug in the screenshot tool that failed to capture window decorators
when a compositor was enabled.

after i read your first response, i took a screenshot of gmail in
mozilla firefox, and the "name" box was completely empty. so then,
while i was typing you that last reply, i had to refer back to the
screen where you take a screenshot, so i pressed alt+prntscrn again,
and it had the title. it was t

ubuntu 8.10). it took a screenshot, and it dod not have the ".png" at
the end.

i still think that it doesnt look good, and is kinda unnecessary to
have five icons that look completely identical. i think there should
just be one icon by default that just opens up the main screen of
brasero, and if the user wants to open it up in a
disappointed...still not fixed in intrepid!!! what the hell?!

well, i downloaded 8.10 beta and repeated the process and got the
expected results. it was fixed in the next release.
everything behaves exactly as expected in respect to installing the
sharing services and stuff. i clicked through, and was able to share
folders right away. so, mr m

oops, heres the attachment.
now, look at it, and notice the big, unused, empty space next to the
burn image button. it looks awkward, as if it's missing something. i
think that the burn image feature be merged with the disk copy feature.
