[time-admin] Karmic 2.27.2 timezone map is distorted

Fresh upgrade of Karmic, displaying the world map when selecting a
timezone in time-admin shows a distorted image. Half of the map is
rendered in black, and the other half is rendered with color corruption.

It's a UPnP framework used by Rhythmbox for music sharing. Anyway, good
point, disabling UPnP did fix the conflict crash. But since both of them
are part of upstream, and python-coherence hasn't landed in the
repository yet (found nothing on packages.ubuntu.com), is it still
considered an Ubuntu bu
