Evolution did not receive mail since november 2008. Reason is unknown!

Before this bug Evolution didn't send a mail.
Than I changed TLS to SSL by someone's advice from this forum. Now Evolution
does not receive a mail.
Evolution is Wonder.It is not created for mailing but for laugh.
Seems Evolution needs much more of evolution because now it isn't for use.
