It is bug because I have not edited corresponding configuration files by myself

Em, no. Not like that way, if I understood you.
Usecase would be:
I open Network from Nautilus ; Access Workgroup ; Open my computer ( named
KOMPIIC ) ; Open shared folder ( named Documents ).
Result is that I have "documents on kompiic" icon on desktop, which actually is
same folder as Document
For example, in System -> Window wpuld be located checkbox with caption
"Mount Local Folders as Shared Folders in Network" ..
This is alll I kindly ask / very much need / highly appreciate to be
implemented.

PCs and do not use local folders at all. Sometimes these unnecessary
mounted folder makes real mess. I wish I had at least an option to turn
