I keep getting a crash when I select "Write to Disc" from the right
click menu. It will only happen once while using the OS until I start up
the machine via cold boot. Nautilus will restart itself so I don't need
to restart the process.

I tried the program within both of those. In Xterm it was fine. The text
didn't disappear. I tried Terminator and yes the text disappeared and I
had to perform the same steps that I'd have to do in Gnome-Terminal
