is in the same LAN as the server. It can connect fine using gvfs (nautilus)
from Ubuntu 11.10. The other client is a remote one, it connects via the
internet and it gives this error:

Using Lucid I can only see the percentage my laptop battery is at. When
I click open gnome-power-statistics I see "time to empty" "0 seconds".

I still experience video tearing with the Intel drivers on Jaunty when
compiz is enabled. When I was using Intrepid, some guys said it was
fixed, but I still had the problem. Apparently the newest Intel drivers
didn't fix it either.

Well, I can start applications, only not from the panel.
As I said, I can run programs when I start them from a console.
In bug 49221 it seems completely impossible to start anything.
