I tried to print your file with evince on my 12.04 installation and had
no problems.
Is this an evince problem? I think cups, cups-filters, or cairo might be
involved as well.
Can you print it to PDF? Which printers are you using? Which CUPS
drivers do they use?

with okular the file can be printed sucessfully. However, I am not sure
if this means cairo is not at fault?

* New upstream release
* debian/control
- split all the account plugins into separate package
- added build depends for libaccount-plugin-1.0-dev, libsignon-glib-dev,
and libaccounts-glib-dev needed for Ubuntu Online Accounts
* debian/rules
- enable-u

account-plugin-aim: /usr/lib/libaccount-plugin-1.0/providers/libaim.so

account-plugin-flickr: /usr/lib/libaccount-plugin-1.0/provide
This option seems to have moved to the settings dialog. Where on the
first tab one can set the offline accounts to appear.
