I changed distro (centos 5.1) not OS and here it works fine! Try

Very very bad thing!
No connection to remote XDMCP from Ubuntu 8.04 and praevious 7.10.
It's a long time bug and none fix it!
I must switch to another distro! Sigh Sigh, bye bye Ubuntu!
