Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-nettool Is there a patch to handle the output for net tool in the gui. I can't seem to find any way to fix this at this stage. The ping command returns 0 for a ping address but terminal pings are fine. trace works fine. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelea

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-nettool I can not ping in network tools but can in terminal. All other functions seem to work fine. Also network tools doesn't keep the last ip address in the clipboard like 8.04. I am using 10.10 from 8.04. Any help would be great. Thanks.
