I discovered when the problem happens. When we open a snap program and
access the files.
It happened now when I opened VLC and I searched for a folder. Personal
folders for documents, music, and more were duplicated.

When youtube is accessed, video often pauses while audio continues. This
occurs every 10 or 20 seconds, and the video pauses between 3 and 7
seconds.
